Обновление конституционного законодательства республик в составе Российской Федерации начала и середины 90-х годов XX и. лишь частично отразилось на формах взаимодействия законодательных (представительных) органов государственной власти и высших судебных органов. Региональный законодатель сохранил большую часть организационно-правовых связей между ними, хотя цели государственного строительства изменились. Как и прежде, регламентирующие нормы излагались таким образом, что позволяли расширительно толковать, контрольные функции постоянных комиссий и депутатов представительного органа, и том числе и в отношении судебных органов.

Updating the constitutional legislation of res-publics as part of the Russian Federation of the early and mid-90s of the XX and. only partially affected the forms of interaction between legislative (representative) bodies of state power and higher judicial bodies. The regional legislator retained most of the organizational and legal ties between them, although the goals of state construction were replaced. As before, the regulatory norms were set out in such a way that they made it possible to broadly interpret the control functions of the permanent commissions and deputies of the representative body, including in relation to the judiciary.
