В статье, авторы проекта предлагают комплексный проект развития госбюджетного учреждения культуры «музея янтаря» в калининградской области. Музей янтаря для анклавной калининградской области может стать активной, значимой площадкой для социально-экономического развития региона. Для решения этой цели предлагается решить восемь основных задач: 1. Создать культурно-историческое пространство «Янтаря», на основе материальных и нематериальных активов музея янтаря, инновационных разработок научной школы Савкевича С.С., и предлагаемых ресурсов активных участников новой деловой среды региона. 2. Превратить знания о янтаре, артефакты истории, инновационные технологии в товары- предложения франчайзинга для различных отраслей экономики. 3. Организовать постоянно-действующее выставочное пространство государственно-частного партнерства, обладающими притягательными площадками, результатом которого является конкурс- перфоманс с достойным призовым фондом. 4.Создать атлас-банк эталонов балтийского янтаря, как составной части государственного стратегического ресурса и регулятора янтарной экономики страны. 5.Обеспечить проект развития экспозиций «янтарной мануфактуры» и комплекса «Врангель» в Калининграде. Внедрить концепцию современной янтарной комнаты 21 века по технологиям технологического кластера ассоциации ЦНТИ янтаря. 6. Сформировать в музее янтаря мемориальный кабинет-музей основоположника науки о янтаре Святослава Сергеевича Савкевича. 7. Обеспечить трансфер янтарных технологий школы Савкевича для гидов, реализаторов франшиз (янтарной еды, янтарного спа, янтарного оздоровления, алхимии янтаря и программ профориентации студентов и школьников) 8. Внедрить инновации, историю и культуру традиций гастрономического туризма «янтарной пищи Богов». Запуск сетевой франшизы «янтарной кухни». Все эти задачи планируется выполнить, опираясь на многолетний опыт реализации авторами масштабных проектов с участием партнеров научной школы Савкевича С.С.

In the article, the authors of the project propose a comprehensive project for the development of the state-funded cultural institution “amber Museum” in the Kaliningrad region. The Amber Museum for the enclave Kaliningrad region can become an active, significant platform for the socio-economic development of the region. To achieve this goal, it is proposed to solve eight main tasks: 1. To create a cultural and historical space of “Yantar”, based on the tangible and intangible assets of the amber Museum, innovative developments of the Savkevich S.S. scientific school, and the proposed resources of active participants in the new business environment of the region 2. To turn knowledge about amber, historical artifacts, innovative technologies into goods- franchising offers for various sectors of the economy. 3. To organize a permanent exhibition space of a public-private partnership with attractive venues, the result of which is a performance competition with a decent prize fund. 4. To create an atlas-a bank of standards of Baltic amber, as an integral part of the state strategic resource and regulator of the amber economy of the country. 5. To provide a project for the development of the expositions of the Amber Manufactory and the Wrangel complex in Kaliningrad. To introduce the concept of a modern amber room of the 21st century according to the technologies of the technological cluster of the Association of Amber Central Research Institute. 6. To form a memorial cabinet in the amber Museum-the museum of the founder of the science of amber Svyatoslav Sergeevich Savkevich. 7. To provide transfer of amber technologies of the Savkevich school for guides, franchisees (amber food, amber spa, amber wellness, amber alchemy and vocational guidance programs for students and schoolchildren). 8. To introduce innovations, history and culture of the traditions of gastronomic tourism of the “amber food of the Gods”. Launch of the Amber Kitchen network franchise. All these tasks are planned to be completed, based on the authors’ long-term experience in implementing large-scale projects with the participation of partners of the Savkevich S. scientific school.
