Статья посвящена анализу структурных и стилистических особенностей судебных выступлений известного российского адвоката М.М. Ярмуш. Исследование фокусируется на композиционных элементах речей, включая вступление, основную часть и заключение. Особое внимание уделяется риторическим приемам, используемым оратором для усиления аргументации и воздействия на аудиторию. В работе рассматриваются такие аспекты, как применение вариативных повторов, эпитетов, инверсий и других выразительных средств. Анализируется структурирование основной части выступлений в зависимости от специфики рассматриваемых дел. Исследование демонстрирует стратегический подход М.М. Ярмуш к построению аргументации и ее мастерство в использовании различных риторических инструментов для повышения убедительности речи.

This article is dedicated to the analysis of the structural and stylistic features of the court speeches of the renowned Russian lawyer M.M. Yarmush. The study focuses on the compositional elements of the speeches, including the introduction, main part, and conclusion. Special attention is given to the rhetorical devices used by the speaker to enhance the argumentation and impact on the audience. The paper examines aspects such as the use of varied repetitions, epithets, inversions, and other expressive means. It analyzes the structuring of the main part of the speeches depending on the specifics of the cases being addressed. The study demonstrates M.M. Yarmush’s strategic approach to constructing arguments and her mastery in utilizing various rhetorical tools to increase the persuasiveness of her speech.
