Настоящая работа посвящена исследованию понятия, а также статуса финансового уполномоченного в гражданском судопроизводстве, удалось выявить, что стороной по делу указанный субъект не является. Акцентируется внимание на том, что финансовый уполномоченный не наделен правами и обязанностями истца либо ответчика в рамках разрешения потребительских споров, одновременно установлено, что рассматриваемый субъект является заинтересованным лицом, статус которого в гражданском процессуальном законодательстве прямо не урегулирован.

This work is devoted to the study of the concept, as well as the status of the financial commissioner in civil proceedings, it was possible to identify that the specified subject is not a party to the case. It is emphasized that the financial ombudsman is not endowed with the rights and obligations of the plaintiff or defendant in the framework of resolving consumer disputes, at the same time it was established that the subject in question is an interested person whose status is not directly regulated in civil procedure law.
