Статья посвящена анализу проблем правового регулирования корпоративного договора в российском законодательстве. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении особенностей и противоречий, возникающих при заключении, исполнении и толковании корпоративных договоров между участниками хозяйственных обществ.

The article examines the problems of legal regulation of the corporate agreement in Russian legislation. The purpose of the study is to identify the main features and contradictions arising in the process of concluding, performing, and interpreting corporate agreements between participants of business entities.
