В статье рассматриваются взаимоотношения между институциональной структурой экономики, характеризующейся доминированием различных форм собственности, и отраслевой специализацией регионов. На основе анализа теоретических подходов и эмпирических данных, касающихся Российской Федерации, автор выявляет ключевые закономерности влияния государственной, частной и корпоративной собственности на формирование экономического профиля территорий. Особое внимание уделяется феномену моноспециализации в ресурсодобывающих регионах, где вертикально интегрированные структуры определяют не только экономическую, но и социальную динамику. В работе представлен статистический анализ распределения форм собственности по федеральным округам и их корреляции с отраслевой структурой валового регионального продукта (ВРП). Сделан вывод о том, что институциональные факторы должны учитываться при разработке стратегий пространственного развития и региональной промышленной политики.

The article examines the relationship between the institutional structure of the economy, characterized by the dominance of various forms of ownership, and the sectoral specialization of regions. Based on an analysis of theoretical approaches and empirical data concerning the Russian Federation, the author identifies the key patterns of how state, private, and corporate ownership influence the formation of the economic profile of territories. Particular attention is paid to the phenomenon of single-industry specialization in resource-extracting regions, where vertically integrated structures determine not only economic but also social dynamics. The work presents a statistical analysis of the distribution of forms of ownership across federal districts and their correlation with the sectoral structure of gross regional product (GRP). The conclusion is drawn that institutional factors should be taken into account when developing strategies for spatial development and regional industrial policy.
