Данная работа посвящена анализу такого коллективного субъекта права как вертикально-интегрированная нефтяная компания. В заключении сделаны выводы о принадлежности семи таких действующих в РФ организаций к «квази-публичному» субъекту.

The article is devoted to the analysis of a collective subject of law as vertically integrated oil company. The conclusion draws on the classification of seven such organizations operating in the Russian Federation as a “quasi-public” entity.
